Review: The Tears of Odessa

The Tears of Odessa The Tears of Odessa by Ryan Schow
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Too Violent!

The writing and character development in the book are very well done. The basic plot is such that, despite the unbearable violence and horror of the sex trafficking that is the setting, I finished the book. I needed to know if the mission was a success and what the outcome would be for Atlas. Though I shared his disgust and anger at the people who support and use these children so heartlessly, his own unbridled violence was as unpalatable to me. For that reason, I won't continue with the series.
